Burnout is so often described as the "BLACK PLAGUE" of the 21st Century - it's insideous as it creeps up on us,  leading to high rates of sickness absence & other hidden costs for any Organisation (such as a loss of Employee Engagement, low morale across teams, and additional pressure placed on others due to a lack of resource)

Having witnessed "burnout" and the effects on employees at all levels in the workplace in my role as an HR Specialist, my background in Psychology/Counselling and Business Management. As well as having experienced it firsthand , I am passionate about working with Companies to do all they can, to counter and prevent it's harmful effects

In the throes of a successful career in aerospace I was spurred by a health crisis to pursue a much more personal “organizational change.” 

After being diagnosed with a stroke, I began to see my life not as a problem to solve but a journey to treasure, I started to study under thought leader Deepak Chopra and retired from industry in 2016.

Over time, my life has taken on many roles; I joined the Navy at age 19 to travel the world.  I’ve lived in Switzerland, Iceland, and Turkey, and was stationed on a submarine tender underway.  I am trained as an engineer and applied scientist; I specialize in pattern recognition.

I am a survivor of domestic violence and raised a successful daughter as a single parent.
 
My superpower is Intuitive Mindset coaching which focuses almost exclusively on your inner thoughts, self-beliefs and behavioral patterns to help you uncover what's holding you back and find the motivation to move forward. 

Bringing my 30 years of transformational experiences, I am on a journey to personally lead others on their quest of self-discovery, and my scientific tool of choice is Emergenetics.  A self-assessment profile tool based on psychology, social analytics, and brain science.

My work starts with the soundtrack of your childhood because that is what creates the narrative of your life. In simple terms it is how to harness your personal power. 

Our world is experiencing a spiritual awakening, and each day we wake up to new realities. Who am I is a soul question, not a resume answer and that took me 50 years to learn.  I work with clients creating breakthroughs to unlock their personal power and awaken their inner wisdom.

Let go to grow! Tonight our skies hold the last full moon of 2025. 

The Cold Supermoon rising in Gemini, opposite the Sun in Sagittarius, a perfect cosmic punctuation mark for this year.  

This moon calls on us to release what has brought us here, the laughter and the tears, the clarity and the confusion.

Gemini invites us to speak our truths. To sift through the inner monologue we’ve carried all year, and ask: 

❄️ Which stories have served me? 

❄️ Which ones weigh me down? 

Sagittarius light asks us to lift our gaze beyond the immediate, to sense possibility, meaning, and the horizon of 2026.  

Let this night be a ritual of letting go of regrets, burdens, unmet expectations and of closing the chapter on this year with gratitude and tenderness.

Then, take a deep breath. 

With the world in darkness and moonlight’s gentle glow, choose a new story for yourself.

Celebrating 28 years ✨
Sometimes it feels like a lifetime… and sometimes it feels like I just blinked and suddenly we were here

still choosing each other, 
still standing side-by-side, 
still finding new reasons to be grateful.

✴️ We’ve walked through storms that could have broken us.

✴️ We’ve stared down leukemia twice.

✴️ We’ve met fear, brushed up against the edge more times than I can count… and every single time, love carried us through.

And we’ve also lived the kind of joy that makes the heart stretch wide open

❇️ welcoming grandchildren 
❇️ and great-grandchildren, 
❇️ traveling, exploring, 
❇️ learning, and becoming. 

Each moment adding another layer to who we are together.

✨ This morning, the sky showed up in soft pinks and pale blues, light spilling over the mountains like a quiet blessing. 

It reminded me that even after the darkest nights, beauty always returns. 

✨ Hope always rises. 

✨ Love always finds a way to renew itself.

🧡 After 28 years, my heart is simply full.

Life is grand.
And I am endlessly grateful for us, for this sacred journey we’ve built and rebuilt, hand in hand.

🧡 Here’s to love that endures.

Here’s to the next chapter.

From Sky to Soul: Neptune Goes Direct — A Time for Reflection

This morning, the sky reflected back to me something deeper than clouds or light — a moment of cosmic and personal rebirth.

My astronomical guide tells us that Neptune has gone direct in Pisces — the end of a cycle that began many years ago.   

For me, this moment carries extra meaning. It’s the same orbit of time that brought life-changing challenges, my stroke in 2012, and today I find myself standing on different ground.

Neptune direct signals clarity rising from fog, dreams transforming into vision, intuition meeting purpose.  

As I look out over my pond this morning — the sky mirrored in still water — I feel called to honor what has been, and to step into what’s coming.

Many of you know I have been painting in private for years, some might say in “the shadows”. 

As we look to 2026 what do we want to create?  As Founders this is a pivotal moment in each of our journeys. 

If we’ve lived through the shadows, Neptune direct invites us to let light in.
If we’ve held on too tight, this is the moment to release.

If we’ve waited for clarity — trust that the veil is lifting.

For me, in 2026 I will begin “Conscious Vibrations” — a new painting series titled Reflections on Becoming

This series is born from mystery and healing, from surrender and soul-work, from seeing clearly what once felt blurred. 

This idea was born in the red rocks of Sedona and now today’s photo inspired me to begin in my backyard.  

Each piece will hold a quiet invitation to reflect — in the waters, in the skies, in ourselves.  

Here’s to new Founder’s horizons, in spirit and in passion!
