Ever counted the REAL cost of Employee Burnout? 

Burnout is so often described as the "BLACK PLAGUE" of the 21st Century - it's insideous as it creeps up on us,  leading to high rates of sickness absence & other hidden costs for any Organisation (such as a loss of Employee Engagement, low morale across teams, and additional pressure placed on others due to a lack of resource)

Having witnessed "burnout" and the effects on employees at all levels in the workplace in my role as an HR Specialist, my background in Psychology/Counselling and Business Management. As well as having experienced it firsthand , I am passionate about working with Companies to do all they can, to counter and prevent it's harmful effects

The term used for this is "The Singularity," and before that achievement is reached, human beings will require as many products and services that will allow them to easily transition into this new way of existing.  The economic possibilities are extremely high until that point is reached.
