Over the past decade, I founded and scaled two startups to 7-figure revenue, reaching tens of thousands of users—all through bootstrapping.

Along the way, I worked with numerous startups, advising on product strategy, team building, and growth. I also helped many founders and CTOs find and hire exceptional developers to build world-class products.

As demand grew, I decided to transition from running my startups full-time to focus on helping other startups hire and build high-performing tech teams. But before diving in, I had a theory.

I believed developers are the backbone of tech startups—their most valuable asset. But hiring them is a challenge: you create a job description, post it on job boards, sift through candidates, review CVs, conduct 3-4 interviews, and still may not be sure if you've found the right fit.

So, I started building a unique developer agency, combining the best elements of traditional agencies and marketplaces. The results were impressive.

Within just two years, I grew from zero to over 50 clients. And since September 2019, I’ve partnered with major companies like mCards and Fortune 100 firms, including Microsoft, Meta, and others.
