Commercial real estate isn’t rocket science. It’s harder.

At least that’s what it feels like when people are throwing around acronyms like IRR, NNN, and CAM as if they’re common sense. They’re not. That’s where I come in.

I help investors stop buying bad deals, business owners stop picking locations based on gut feelings, and new agents stop drowning in spreadsheets they don’t understand. My background? Army leadership + a few billion dollars in commercial transactions + a borderline unhealthy love for operations.
