Voici 5 observations, sans objectif, sans morale.

1- La gentillesse n’est pas une posture.
Elle est simple, quotidienne, sans attente en retour.

2-Les gens prennent le temps.
De te regarder, de répondre, d’exister dans l’échange.
Rien n’est pressé, et pourtant tout se fait.

3-La vie est plus sobre, mais étonnamment légère.
Peu de superflu, beaucoup de débrouille, et une forme de calme qu’on a un peu oubliée ailleurs.

4- Le rapport à l’argent est direct, sans mise en scène.
Il sert à vivre, pas à se raconter.

5-Il y a une fierté discrète, presque silencieuse.
Pas dans ce qui est montré, mais dans la façon d’habiter le quotidien.

Rien à apprendre.
Juste à ressentir.

Et parfois, c’est exactement ce qu’il fallait.

Pour 2026, je ne vous souhaite pas plus. 
Je vous souhaite mieux.

Pas plus de méthodes, mais davantage de décisions réellement assumées, y compris quand elles ont un coût.

Pas plus de visibilité, mais plus de cohérence entre ce que vous dites, ce que vous faites et ce que vous acceptez encore par habitude.

Après des années passées à recruter, évaluer, accompagner, j’ai vu trop de carrières se figer pour de mauvaises raisons.

Des profils choisis pour leur conformité plutôt que pour leur justesse, des décisions prises pour rassurer plutôt que pour construire, et des trajectoires maintenues simplement parce qu’elles "fonctionnent encore".

En 2026, j’ai envie d’accompagner des personnes capables d’entendre une lecture honnête, même lorsqu’elle dérange.

Des profils expérimentés prêts à regarder au-delà de leur CV, de leurs titres, de ce qu’ils ont toujours su faire.

Des personnes qui ne cherchent pas une validation de plus, mais une clarification décisive sur leur trajectoire.

C’est exactement ce que je vous souhaite pour 2026 : cette clarté-là.

Celle qui change la manière dont on choisit et dont on est choisi.

Ces derniers mois, j’ai vu plusieurs profils très solides sortir de process pourtant bien menés.


Sur le papier, tout était correct: entretiens structurés, feedbacks polis, décisions dites objectives.

Et pourtant, la conclusion restait floue.
-Pas de vrai refus.
-Pas de vraie adhésion non plus.

Dans la plupart des cas, le problème n’était ni le niveau du profil, ni son engagement.

C’était ce qu’il obligeait à regarder : des angles morts, des décisions non prises, des incohérences internes.

Ces profils-là ne sont pas rejetés parce qu’ils sont mauvais.

Ils sont mis à distance parce qu’ils rendent visible un futur que personne n’a encore assumé.

Alors on parle de timing, de priorités qui ont changé, de besoin finalement un peu différent.

Mais derrière ces mots, il y a souvent une réalité simple :
le choix humain aurait nécessité une clarification stratégique préalable.

Et tant que cette clarification n’est pas faite, aucun recrutement ne peut vraiment être juste.

The program provides knowledge and tools needed to take on elevated leadership roles within the nonprofit sector.  Professional executive coaches are leveraged to accelerate the leadership and growth process, generating additional positive impact within the non profit community.

Direct, train, and coach 21 employees across 5 post collection sites throughout Arizona. Drive key performance indicator (KPI) success in safety, environmental, and financial goals. Develop and deliver employee engagement, productivity, performance improvement, and safety programs. 
EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE & ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: 
Improved team performance and increased employee engagement by identifying the need for and developing SharePoint tool which measured / recognized employee performance against EBITDA. Tool includes KPIs, employee recognition, accountability, compliance, safety and environmental programs, employee news, and work schedules. 
Improved customer service experience 21% by collaborating with business partner to customize, implement, and facilitate CS improvement training program.
Identified and implemented 6-month mentorship and training programs to address performance needs, increase business acumen, and understand financial impact associated with operational costs, including direct labor expenses.
PRODUCTIVITY & EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENTS
Reduced operating expenses 22% after recognizing need to strategically develop employees across all sites to improve performance, become autonomous, and understand financial impact; 
Increased life cycle of equipment 41% positively affecting EBIT, by recognizing need for and developing a system to measure, track, document, and forecast wear ratio enabling performance. 
Improved weekly projections 25% and positively influenced asset utilization by creating and implementing first-ever volume-forecasting tool, which enabled more efficient and accurate logistical planning across multiple sites.

Senior District Manager

Oversaw $170MM annual revenue and P&L for collection operation districts in Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, Kingman, Payson and several other areas throughout Arizona. Represent company at community events and city council meetings. 

•	Developed and implemented management communication team training program, resulting in improved and consistent messaging to employees.

•	Improved YOY EBIT 12% by collaborating with finance department to design a monthly business review process, enabling managers to have a better understanding of their financial statements and make informed decisions to drive results.

•	Reduced service failures (MPUs) 48% YOY and improved P&L literacy among team by recognizing need for and implementing a root-cause analysis process and requiring an investigation and follow up for every commercial service disruption.

Director of Operations

Conducted investigations, developed action plans, and delivered training to address negative trending.  Created recognition programs to celebrate favorable trending.

•	Improved safety KPIs (VARR and TRIR) 18% by initiating a standardized “Rule of the Day” approach across the Western Group providing managers and employees with continuous improvement approach with the understanding and application of safety rules.

Led 9 managers and 200 employees through overall operational performance of largest collections facility in Nevada, including safety, services, efficiency, and financial success.
