•	Directed international recruitment and selection across 9 countries for 32 fellowship roles in 4 countries; including application review, materials creation, and process improvements. 
•	Organized 120+ volunteers to review 5000+ applications for the Africa Fellowship.

•	Developed and executed a recruitment strategy for the new fellowship model, targeting international applicants from sub-Saharan Africa, and collaborated with Country program staff to recruit national applicants in key regions such as Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia.

•	Supported budget estimates for recruitment and selection, including tracking expenditures within the Global Recruitment budget, and led budget forecasting for the Training Institute and the year-end retreat travel.

Admissions Fellowship Senior Coordinator 

•	Directed a team comprising 1-2 staff members and 1 intern.
•	Led international recruitment across nine countries at Global Health Corps, ensuring fair assessment of emerging leaders in Global Health.
•	Managed database with Zengine, optimizing organizational efficiency.
•	Organized 200+ volunteers to review 7000+ applications for 46 fellowship placements in 4 countries.
•	Tracked and analyzed recruitment data and present to country Teams.
•	Coordinated 250+ virtual interviews for international applicants and supported national recruitment in Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia.
•	Oversaw onboarding and supervision of intern assigned to the Fellowships team.
•	Update/analyze reviewer surveys after each Selection round.

•	Collaborated closely with Ashoka West Africa team to conceptualize, execute, monitor, evaluate, and fortify ongoing youth and fellowship initiatives.
•	Supported team to ensure activities, outcomes, and impacts align with strategic objectives.
•	Co-facilitated 10- 15 learning sessions for young Changemakers within the network.
•	Assisted in onboarding process of young Changemakers into the Network, including conducting virtual interviews and updating selection & onboarding materials.
•	Contributed to establishment of program-related Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems, including tracking performance indicators, developing data collection tools, conducting data collection, analysis, and reporting.

•	Led diverse youth discussions on Personal Development and Youth Leadership Development.
