The retail industry is notorious for high employee turnover - about 60%

Meanwhile Costco’s yearly turnover is very extremely low at only 6%.

Today Costco Wholesale is the 3rd largest retailer in the world behind only Walmart and Amazon.

Their reason is that they need to offset AI spending.

Imagine working on the tools that end up replacing you.

That's more than 15,000 employees.

Which is 15,000+ families affected.
 
And 15,000+ people looking for jobs.

Who are brilliant people with incredible skills.

This post should serve as a reminder:

A company can get rid of you at any time.

Create something you own & always have a PLAN B!
