I’ve been floating about on here for 10+ years. 
And I just crossed 13K followers, so it feels like a good moment to (re)introduce myself.

I’m Mike, a 44-year-old consultant helping other consultants build simpler, more scalable businesses, born in Poland - where winters are long, people are direct, and resilience is kind of built into the culture.

This is my story so far

2006: Built a career in corporate as a lawyer, fraud investigator, and consultant inside large organizations 
2016: Left Poland and moved to Canada with imperfect English and a lot to prove 
2017: Burned out hard and walked away from corporate life without a clear plan 
2017–2020: Built and scaled multiple agencies across different countries and learned that “bigger” doesn’t always mean “better” 
2021: Shifted into solo consulting and started helping experts productize their work and scale without building teams 
Today: Running programs, workshops, and advisory helping consultants simplify their offers, redesign delivery, and scale with fewer, better clients

And that's only half of it.

I'm also here to help consultants turn messy services into clear offers, scalable delivery models, and predictable client growth.
