I am the Chief Marketing Officer at Onfly and one of the youngest CMOs in Brazil, having assumed the role before the age of 30. I lead a marketing organization that has driven more than 5x growth in marketing-influenced revenue, positioning Onfly as one of the largest companies in its segment in just two years.

Over the past years, I have led the build-out of a deeply revenue-driven marketing organization, aligning brand, acquisition, and sales into a single growth strategy. This model generated direct impact on the company’s GMV, with marketing influencing more than 65% of total results in 2025, while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and scale.

I bring over 8 years of experience in Marketing, Strategy, and Growth, with a background in high-growth technology companies such as MaxMilhas, Magis5, and Faster, consistently operating in environments defined by scale, operational complexity, and executive-level decision making.

I hold a degree from UFMG, international training in tourism management, specialization in marketing, and a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing & Growth Leadership from ESPM.
