▶ Reporting: Regionally to CEE SAP Hybris Manager and locally to SAP Country Manager
▶ Team: Lead the SAP pitch teams for projects in Central Europe. 
▶ Activities: Sales, digital business blueprint and implementation support of SAP Hybris platforms for: E-commerce, Marketing, Cloud for Sales, Cloud for Service.
▶ Results: Over 10 projects won (including 1st and 2nd biggest cloud deals in the region) with a success rate of 100% over competing solutions.

METRO is a top worldwide retailer with sales of over € 30 billion in 30 countries. Romania was selected to be the pilot for the expansion of the business to E-Commerce; I was selected to lead the project and manage the entire local METRO Hybris E-commerce business.
