Here’s how a team of 5 BDRs at a healthtech company saved 70% of their weekly workload.

Their entire GTM process was manual.

For years, we ran a lead generation service.
It worked. Clients were happy. Meetings were booked.
But there was always a ceiling.

Every new client meant more people, more hours, and more operational chaos.

Imagine being told that… and still building a company that just crossed ~$100M ARR, hit $2.1B+ valuation, and is used by 70M+ people globally.

What clicked for me wasn’t the scale. It was the mindset:

- When people don’t “get it,” it usually means you’re not building a slightly better version of something; you’re challenging how people think.
- When you stay small and focused, you can do things big teams can’t.
- When you build with AI from day one (not bolt it on later), you don’t create a tool… you create a new way of working.

The part I loved most is how he talks about user delight, not “conversion funnels.”

In a world racing to automate everything, Gamma doubled down on helping people create better, faster, easier, and with more imagination.

It’s a powerful reminder that AI isn’t replacing people.

It’s replacing the old workflows that limit them.

“Cold calling is dead.”

I heard this again last week.

And the funny thing is… everyone who says it still picks up the phone when something actually feels relevant to them.

This is what I keep hearing a lot.
It’s true, cold calling has changed.
But you can’t completely ignore it.

and then craft a message that feels like it was written for them, not to them.
