And that negotiation is relentless.

From the outside, it looked like progress.
Title, authority, visibility.

The negotiation.

Your system can only run “temporary” for so long before it starts charging interest.

Either fully claim it, or step out.

Not because the job changes.
Because the inner argument stops.

Try this today: ↴

Name the role you are “temporarily” holding.
Write one sentence you keep repeating to justify staying in limbo.
Then answer this:
What decision would you make if certainty was not a requirement?
