They are of no creative use for your work.

When you observe those thoughts, they lose power.

You relax, and your mind naturally settles.

Your parasympathetic state gets activated.

That's when you enter flow state.

A relaxed mind maps opportunities and ideas.

I believed people in my life were responsible for my anxiety.

Positive thinking don't work to heal your anxiety

You can achieve a lot but still feel dissatisfied with life.

Here's how you can tap into real inner fulfillment:

I worked with an 8-figure entrepreneur.
With access to all the success symbols.

But still he felt lonely and anxious inside.
That's why he came to me.

Achievements won't bring true happiness and fulfillment.

Most high achievers are unfulfilled with their lives.

It's because their achievements come from trauma.

In childhood, they got approval from their parents,
Only if they achieved or performed well.

It creates the belief, "I'm only worthy if I perform/achieve."

So they never stop grinding to prove their worth.

They feel empty and dissatisfied because,
no matter how much they achieve,
They don't receive the love they crave.

If you feel the same, your way out is not chasing more achievements.

But to heal your unworthiness wound with trauma work.

That's when you finally relax and realize:

You can receive love for who you are.
You don't have to chase love by proving yourself.

You start to create deep, meaningful relationships.
You build out of inspiration, not desperation.

True achievement for a human is presence and connection.

You attract relationships where you put in 80% of the effort.

You go above and beyond but barely get anything in return.

I always made sure the other person was happy.

Your responsibility is to process your own feelings.
Letting go of your shame and insecurities.

When you do so, you become magnetic.
You only allow healthy relationships.

Authenticity is your safety filter from toxic relationships.

Where you don't chase or get chased by people.

This realization will change everything for you:

When I battled anxiety, I mostly attracted narcissists.

They took advantage of my situation.
They disrespected and treated me poorly.
Even when I tried to please and help them.

I was so confused and anxious because of that.

After taking an inner journey to find peace,
I started attracting only happy refreshing people.

From my experience, here's how attraction works:

I didn't only attract narcissists,
I was also attracted to them.

Because they carried qualities I lacked.
Like being assertive, dominant, and confident.

I felt anxious in their presence,
Because they triggered my suppressed fears and insecurities.

It felt like a nightmare.

Because I was blaming them, 
And was not ready to heal my wounds.

My anxiety became so unbearable.
I had no option but to isolate and heal myself.

They fell away from my life,
When I started healing my fears and insecurities.

Making space for more authentic relationships.

Your relationships are a mirror.

They reveal to you the feelings you suppressed.

If people make you feel angry,
you have suppressed anger.

If people make you feel lonely,
you fear abandonment.

So on and so forth.

You break the pattern not by escaping those feelings.
But by fully feeling and releasing them.

The more you let go of those feelings,
the more you connect with your authentic self.

Then life mirrors back your new authentic energy.
You attract real intimate connections.

Crazy how this works.

Stop blaming and start taking responsibility for how you feel is your doorway to a new fulfilled life.

How I went from socially awkward to confident:

When I battled social anxiety,
Communication felt so draining.

I only answered when somebody asked a question.

I edited my words out of fear of judgment.

At one point, my social anxiety became so unbearable,
I avoided social situations at all costs.

I tried different methods to break free from anxiety.
Nothing worked.

Finally accepting my anxious self,
brought the initial relief from anxiety.

I started loving myself even when I felt bad.

It slowly turned me into an extrovert.
Because I got more connected to myself.

From there, social interactions became effortless.

If you feel socially awkward, stop fighting your awkwardness.

Fighting it will only make you more awkward.
Because you get more lost in your mind.

Embrace your awkwardness.
Start accepting yourself more.
That's when others accept you.

Become more compassionate and gentle with yourself.
Even on your bad days.

Treat how you will treat an anxious kid.
Gentle. Kind. Caring.

That's when the real shift happens.
You naturally connect with your authenticity.

You become awkward when you reject and judge yourself.

You tap into core confidence when you accept and love yourself.

Your relational problems make you anxious and distracted more than anything else.

You worry about:

- A recent argument with your friend.
- A judgment made by your partner.

To sharpen your focus, here's what you have to do:

When someone triggers painful emotions inside you,
Instead of looping on them mentally for months,
Feel the emotions immediately.

When you allow yourself to feel,
Even the densest emotions,
Your emotions stop having power over you.

That's when you can resolve the problem.

As a result, your mind goes quiet.

Because your mind was just trying to make sense of your emotions.

With a quiet mind, focus becomes effortless.

Happy relationships support your career growth.
Hurtful relationships make your career stuck.

If your work doesn't bring you energy and fulfillment, do this:

While running my freelance biz,
I got anxious just looking at my to-do list.

I felt exhausted and sleepy most of the time.

I even hired a productivity coach.
Still, I was super distracted.

There were too many should's and must's from my clients.
And very little love for what I did.

I stuck with it because I had so many fears:

Fear of the unknown.
Fear of not having a safe paycheck.
Fear of getting judged for being jobless.

I decided to quit anyway. I felt lost.

To find clarity on my path, I joined a men's circle.

And I did after healing my fears and low self-worth.

I had an insight to start a new biz. It's super fulfilling.

I love my work, and I don't need to force.
I easily enter flow state.

So if you feel anxious and exhausted with your career,
There are only two possible reasons.

Reason 1:

You don't enjoy your career.
But your fears stop you from choosing a different path.

Reason 2:

You love what you do.

But you have too many limiting beliefs, like:

- "I don't deserve success."
- "I'll be lonely if I succeed."
- "Success is hard."

That makes you procrastinate and feel drained.

In both cases, your way out is "Subconscious trauma work."

Process and let go of your fears and limiting beliefs.

For example:

If your fear is not having a safe paycheck,
You have to feel and process it fully.

On the otherside, you become okay with volatility.

A new world of possibilities opens up.
You get showered with new insights.

Following that, your career will be a downhill journey.
Success becomes more effortless.
You enjoy work, and work brings you energy.

Your identity decides your career choice.
Transform your identity to perceive new potential.

Your team doesn't trust you:

If you don't trust yourself.

This was the huge mistake I made,
When I battled social anxiety.

I sought validation from my boss to express my POV.

I was afraid that he would judge or dislike it.

This made me unsure of what I had to say.

Making him not take me seriously.
Even when I had huge value to share.

Everything changed for me with inner work.
People started respecting me more.

These 3 shifts make you a valued and respected leader:

1. Be okay with judgments

If you fear judgments, you won't express yourself.

Realize people's judgments come from their own insecurities.

Stop taking responsibility for how they feel.

This will help you express yourself more freely.
And distinguish between judgments and signal.

2. Validate yourself from within

Stop seeking validation from others.

Validate yourself to express your perspectives.

You are the only permission slip you need.

When you validate yourself,
Others start to validate you.

3. Own your mistakes

You hesitate if you are afraid of making mistakes.

Mistakes are how you learn and grow.

Once you have enough data,
make the decision.

Take responsibility for any results that come out of that.

With practice, these mindset shifts will make you a more effective leader.

But it takes a ton of inner work to embody true leadership.

A true leader is a master of self-expression and ownership.

This habit made me overthink 24/7 and miss out on life:

"Judging my thoughts as good/bad."

When I battled anxiety,
95% of my thoughts were negative.

When I judged them as bad,
I created more self-hate and judgment.

Which further made me stuck in thought loops.

I finally found inner peace when I stopped judging my thoughts.
And started accepting them.

When you accept your negative thoughts,
You let them go.

You become more mentally free over time.

The truth is, all your thoughts are neutral.
Even the darkest of thoughts are just thoughts.

Your judgment gives them power.

If you accept your negative thoughts,
They are no more powerful than a leaf blowing in the wind.

So when you get stuck in anxious thought loops,
Try accepting them.

Over time, it will change your life.

When you stop giving meaning to thoughts,
Thoughts stop having power over you.

Burnout is not exhaustion from work.
It is emotional neglect.

I burnt out twice in my career.
Both came from not expressing how I felt.

I gave away my power to make a choice.

I said YES to tasks I hated.
To please my clients. To avoid tension.

It opened the floodgates for more unaligned work.
I said YES to all of them.

Eventually, I got so anxious and exhausted.
From pushing through and going against myself.

I had no option but to quit my work and startover.

I never burnt out after that.
My work energizes and fulfills me.
Because I broke free from the pattern.

Here's how you can break yours too:

Analyze where you are compromising in your career.

It might be:

- Doing tasks you hate to avoid conflict.
- Attending work-related calls even on weekends.
- Multitasking on random tasks out of demand/fear.

See where you can say NO politely.
To realign with your authenticity.

Your mind will create a ton of worst-case scenarios.
And your anxiety will skyrocket.

Still do it anyway for your well-being.

You will feel much more aligned with your work.

To avoid burnout altogether long-term:

Heal subconscious wounds that make you anxious with trauma work.
Especially stuff that makes you not express how you feel.

So you don't give away your personal power to fit in.
So you don't light yourself on fire to please others.

Your work brings you energy when it makes space for your true self.

Slow down when you feel like pushing through.
Feel the feelings it brings, even for 5 mins.

And most importantly,
Question and let go of your limiting beliefs about success.

That's when your anxiety drops.
Your creative mind takes over.
Your work becomes enjoyable and effective.

Hustle makes you run around in circles with no direction.

Rest aligns you with the path of the biggest impact.

You are busy not because it's effective.

You are busy because you fear slowing down.

I worked 10 to 12 hours every day.
Running my freelance biz.

Believing it was the only way to bring results.

But the reality was that:

I constantly felt exhausted.
My social life was nonexistent.
I was not getting the results I wanted.

I knew I was missing something.

To break free from my limiting pattern,
I joined a men's circle.

With deep shadow work, I realized a truth that freed me:

"I was busy because I felt unworthy when I rested."

When I healed my unworthiness,
I finally was able to rest and enjoy life.

I aligned with a new fulfilling biz almost immediately.

Busyness is nothing but a coping mechanism.

It helps you escape your subconscious fears and insecurities.

That's why you are constantly anxious and restless.

And have very little time for relationships and fun.

Your breakthrough comes when you finally slow down.
And face your anxiety.

It will trigger your deeper subconscious blocks.

The blocks might be:

Feeling unworthy.
Fear of failure.
Fear of rejection.

or anything else.

When you feel and process those dense feelings,
Your life will completely change.

You will find joy in your everyday life.
You will only do the highest ROI tasks.
You will relax and activate your creative mind.

Being busy keeps you stuck in a rut.
Rest and aligned action help you break free.

You replay conversations in your head before you enter a meeting.

It's not to prepare yourself.

It's a desperate attempt to avoid feeling anxious.

To look calm and composed in uncertain situations.

In my 9-5 days, I always overprepared before a meeting.

I would overthink things going bad.

I predicted every question and prepared answers.

But you know what happens next.

A simple change in my boss's attitude would throw me off.

I get stifled and forget most of what I prepared.

Later with inner work, I realized I was trying not to look stupid.

I feared judgments.

But it made me end up looking stupid.

So if you overprepare for a meeting or a speech,
Stop doing that a few hours before the event.

Focus on entering a calm relaxed state.

Practice relaxed deep breathing.

You will do much better. It's the temporary fix.

For long term, you need to let go of core fears that bring performance anxiety.

Then you don't need any strategy or overpreparation.

You can flow even without having a script.

Presence will give you access to all the info you need.

And you will handle unpredictable challenges better.

Your energy moves the room before words do.
