Here are a few fun facts about me:

1.	I grew up in Lithuania but have lived in Sweden since 2009. 
2.	Currently a university student of IBM program, planning to graduate summer 2024. Still trying to figure out who I wanna be when I grow up. 
3.	A former personal trainer and fitness enthusiast but won’t say no to a cookie. 
4.	Every job I got led me somewhere I did not expect. Whether it’s meeting the most fantastic people and making connections or learning skills I will have with me for the rest of my life. 
5.	Currently working for DPOrganizer with a fun and ambitious team that will move the mountains. 
6.	Former artsy person. One day I’d like to get back into arts as a hobby.
7.	I secretly judge people who don’t like The Office or Brooklyn 99. 
8.	Sometimes I still say “so delicious, fergalicious”  (where my Millennials at?)

I am a former Customer Service Representative at Foundever, a company that provides innovative customer service solutions for online businesses. I have recently graduated with a BSc in Business and Economics from Mälardalen University, where I learnt the fundamentals of marketing, accounting, and finance.

In my roles as a freelancer and a customer service rep, I have developed strong skills in attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving. I enjoy putting myself in the customer's shoes and finding the best way to resolve their issues, whether they are related to the brand, the product, or the service. I have successfully handled complex and challenging situations, such as dealing with unhappy or dissatisfied customers, over various channels, such as email, phone, and face-to-face. I have also improved my spoken English skills, as I often work with international clients and customers.
