By delving into and applying research on leadership, learning and change as an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University, I co-created and delivered a course on executing strategic change in the Masters level program.

This journey has given me a deep understanding of various business practices and organizational dynamics. For 15 years, I served in leadership roles across multiple geographies. This part of my career was particularly enriching as it involved leading cross-cultural teams, adapting to different market conditions, and understanding the intricacies of global business operations.
