By delving into and applying research on leadership, learning and change as an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University, I co-created and delivered a course on executing strategic change in the Masters level program.

·	Implemented a supply chain visibility solution for the advanced exchange division of an international telecommunications company.  Conducted detailed analysis of existing processes and systems.  Defined new requirements and processes.  Collaborated with development to deliver three phases of the solution resulting in significant reductions in inventory, and streamlined business processes.

·	Conceived, developed and implemented a new product offering utilizing wireless and GPS technologies - the first new product delivered by the company in nearly five years.  Identified key product requirements through face-to-face customer interviews.  Organized and directed a cross-organizational team representing all functional areas to develop, test, and implement the new product (user application, network application and hardware) and new operations systems (order entry, billing, provisioning, and inventory management) and processes.
