I  was born in a humble lower middle-class family. My father and my mother both were from a very remote village with a very poor family background. My father worked in a fertilizer company in the ’80s in a very small town Namrup in the state of Assam.

At the age of 5, I lost my father who was brutally murdered by one miscreant while he was going to attend night-shift duty on his bicycle. 

My mother faced the biggest challenges in life after my father died. 

By the grace of God and due to the consistent effort of one of my mother’s uncle, my mother got a clerk job in the fertilizer company. 

I tried to help my mother always after the loss of my father. I used to help my mother with household works, marketing, cooking, etc. since age five. 

I have learned from my mother how to manage work-life balance as she was a living example of it. 
I studied well and later enrolled in a reputed engineering college in the country. 

I got campus placement into a private company in 2002.

Later I joined one reputed company and worked for 18 years with full dedication and commitment. 

But, I was missing something in my life . I was not able to do what I love  and hence not able to follow PASSION. 

I had a passion for writing, helping others to grow in their profession, inspiring people to utilize their hidden potential to make an impact in the world before they leave.

I got enrolled in a mentorship program by investing my own hard-earned money breaking the bank deposit which was kept to buy a new car. 

This mentorship program has transformed me completely into a new version of myself and I learned many new skills where I was passionate about and personal branding is one of those .

Now it is my turn to transfer all my learnings, skills , secrets to the people who are struggling in building their memorable and powerful personal brand and I am doing it passionately and enthusiastically by consultation, coaching and mentoring.

Why I Created the “Become Visible” Movement? 

A few years ago, I realised something quietly unsettling.

I kept meeting brilliant professionals—people with expertise, values, depth, and experience.

Yet, they were invisible.

Not because they lacked talent,
Not because they lacked ambition,
Not because they lacked intelligence,

But because they had never learned to use their potential in a way the world could see.

And I saw myself in them.

There was a time when I, too, was operating far below my potential.

Doing good work.
Delivering results.

But still blending into the background.

It was not a skill problem.

It was a visibility problem.

The turning point came when I realised this:
Potential means nothing if it is never expressed.

And expression means nothing if it is never visible.

That insight changed my life, my way of looking at things, and eventually my mission.

I believe every human being operates on only a fraction of what they are capable of.

Gallup’s global study reveals something powerful:

Only 20% of people use their strengths every single day.

Which means…80% of your natural potential is sitting unused.

That means:

We are walking around with more potential unexpressed than expressed.

More value unshared than shared.
More talent unseen than seen.

Now imagine—

What happens when even a small part of that untapped 80–90% is activated?

- Careers shift,
- Confidence changes,
- Opportunities appear,

People transform from contributors to creators… from participants to leaders.

This is why I created the "Become Visible" Movement through which I help ambitious people become more visible, build a brand around their passion and create generational wealth and legacy.

The day I realised why positioning matters more than daily posting!

A few months ago, a mid-career professional came to me very frustrated.

He said - 
“I’m posting consistently.
I’m working hard.
I’m doing everything the experts say.

But nothing is moving.

No leads
No clarity
No growth

What am I doing wrong?”

I asked him a simple question:

“Tell me in one sentence what you want to be known for.”

He paused and thought.

He tried three different sentences.

- None of them was clear
- None of them were aligned
- None of them sounded like him

And that’s when the real problem became visible.

He was creating content…but without a position
He was speaking…but without a message
He was showing up…but without a stand

He blended in because he never decided what he wanted to stand out for.

What happens when your positioning is unclear?

- You work harder but grow slower,
- Your value becomes invisible,
- You attract people who are not a fit,

So, how do you define your positioning?

Here’s what I told him — and what I tell every professional I guide:

1. Choose your audience wisely, not vague
2. Choose the one painful problem, one promise or transformation
3. Choose the version of you that the world must see 
4. Turn your clarity into a statement, not a fancy tagline.

A month later, he came back and said:

“Now people finally understand who I am.
And more importantly… so do I.”

That is the power of positioning.

Because positioning is not marketing.

It is the meaning behind your presence.

That’s when I smiled and broke his biggest myth.

3 years ago,  I realised something uncomfortable about myself!

I was saying “NO” far more than I thought.

A few years ago, someone asked me to do something extremely simple.

And without even thinking, I used to reply:

- I can’t
- Not possible right now
- Let’s do it later

The funny part?

There was nothing difficult about it.

But my mind didn’t even pause… it just reacted.

That day, I realised: 

I wasn’t saying no to the task.

Actually, I was saying no because I had trained my mind to expect the worst.

I had unconsciously built patterns like:

-  seeing fear even when there was none
-  spotting weakness in myself before strength
-  assuming the risk before the opportunity
-  preparing for failure before even starting

And this “No-first mindset” became my silent identity.

It didn’t happen overnight —

It came from years of overthinking, hesitation, and trying to play safe.

But the moment I became aware of it, everything changed.

I started catching my automatic responses.

I consciously replaced “I can’t” with “Let me do this.”

I began celebrating tiny wins — even if they looked insignificant.

And slowly, my language… my confidence… and even my results transformed.

Because your words are not just sounds — they are signals to your identity.

What you repeatedly say, you eventually become.

Receiving this trophy from my mentor — a reminder of what happens when you stop saying “no” first and start saying “let me try.”
