My work is grounded in practical experience, having served as a leader and member of multiple high-performing teams (and some low-performing teams as well) with organizations such as Accenture and PepsiCo. By delving into and applying research on leadership, learning and change as an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University, I co-created and delivered a course on executing strategic change in the Masters level program.

A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Tom has worked at many organizational levels in sustainability, manufacturing, information technology, and in process improvement disciplines.  Tom has led information technology groups, large-scale business process transformation initiatives, and as process owner, has led corporate strategic planning efforts for more than a decade.

Since 2018, Tom now works in the field of Environmental, Social, and Governmental (ESG) education and activism.  He is a Climate Reality Project Leader, the Chicago Metro Chapter's Chair, Leader of Chicago's Electric Vehicle Campaign, and member of other environmental groups at Climate Reality Chicago.  Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, is a Certified Business Process Master, and is Certified as a Change Management Professional.
