I offer psychological therapy in person or via zoom to help alleviate psychological distress and improve well being.  I am a specialist in enabling people's recovery from trauma including developmental trauma.

💡 I trained between 2008 & 2011 and have been working as a Qualified Clinical Psychologist since 2011. I want to ensure that the psychologists of tomorrow are well supported, filled with self-compassion and that they are effective & reflective practitioners.
