The book of my life story for awareness, 'Bring me to Light: Embracing my bipolar and social anxiety' (with Trigger Publishing) is out now. I started Be Ur Own Light blog www.beurownlight.com in March 2016 as a way to battle mental health stigma and share about mental illness and recovery. The blog covers bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression and hosts guest blogs on other mental health topics. It has a global following and has reached every continent.
