CIPD postgraduate HR professional with over 20 years experience within Health and Social Care, Rail and Tramway, Education, The Public Sector, Finance, Engineering, Construction, Social Media Agencies, Estate and Letting Agents, Property, Retail and Leisure industries. 
Nectar HR is a HR Consultancy supporting our growing clients with their HR needs, from operational HR support to HR strategy, we cover all areas.
We offer a number of services including; designing and implementing HR Strategy, and proactively advising on best HR practice, advising senior managers and Board level on HR Strategy and Generalist HR. Experience – across all levels of management on key HR issues including complex disciplinary, grievance, recruitment and selection, contractual consultations, settlement agreements, redundancy, TUPE, performance management and have taken overall responsibility for a national apprenticeship scheme. In addition we have worked on HR Projects such as workforce planning, developing workforce and resource strategy with guidance planning and delivery.
