St Loyes Foundation is an adult training college, working with adults with disabilities to provide them with the experience and qualifications to enable them to return to paid employment.  I was personally responsible for a team of 5 administrators, who dealt with all trainees from initial application, the payment of expenses, all paperwork relating to their learning development whilst attending the college, through to the end of their course.  I was also personally and solely responsible for producing the weekly and monthly statistics required by the Regional Training Unit and the Foundation Senior Management, and for managing the claims process – bringing in over £250,000 per month.  In addition, I managed all examinations sat at the Foundation, in my additional role as Exam Secretary.
