In order to maintain their position as long standing, local estate agents I created and implemented marketing and advertising campaigns for the three offices. I was responsible for a combined USA and YMCA Swimming program, two or more assistant coaches, and coaching swimmers of various abilities between the ages of 6 and 18, and creating and coaching a Master’s program.  My duties included recruitment, working with a budget, fundraising, communication, and maintaining meet entries and team records using Hy-Tek software.  I was hired to restructure and rebuild a dying team.  There were less than twenty swimmers and practices were considered playtime.  In the short time I was there, the team grew to over 90 swimmers with 50% participation at meets.  This is a coach run team and we were also in the process of creating a parent support team.
