Management at an independent collective marketing organization for the museums of Amsterdam (N8). N8 organizes the Museum Night and other activities during the year to attract a young audience (18-35 yrs) to the museums of Amsterdam.

- developed new projects: Nachttour, partnership with MuseumNext, partnership with UvA Intreeweek, partnership with ‘Stichting 2013' / IAMsterdam, added seven new locations to the Museum Night, Nachtmuziek,
- increased the Museum Night with 4000 visitors in two years,

- finance (edited and administered the budget, edited annual reports and auditors reports),
- chose a new design studio for the Museum Night campaign and N8 corporate, 
- press / pr (contact with (inter)national press: tv, newspapers, magazines, radiostations and several popular online media channels), 
- marketing strategies (online and print),
- sponsorships and funding (drafting fund request / networking / lobby),

Met meer dan 15 jaar ervaring in zowel de private als publieke sector focus ik me op het ontwikkelen van (merk)strategieën die organisaties richting geven en helpen bij het realiseren van duurzame en kwalitatieve groei. Ik werk graag samen met én voor waardegedreven organisaties om betekenisvolle impact te creëren en teams te versterken. Als mensgerichte en bevlogen manager is het mijn passie om mensen en organisaties te helpen bloeien en groeien. Ik streef ernaar verbinding te creëren en koers uit te zetten.
