Sarah Burt

I am a credentialed Executive Coach with more than 1,000 coaching hours under my belt. I'm known for helping senior leaders traverse transitions and navigate their first months in executive roles. 

I absolutely love this work because it focuses on the personal and professional opportunities available to c-suite leaders at a pivotal career juncture. It's also quite common for this 1:1 work to evolve into bespoke workshops and facilitated strategy sessions for my clients and their immediate teams.

This scope builds on my background as a Strategy Consultant with Deloitte and my years as a leader in their niche executive workshop group, the Deloitte Greenhouse. During this time I supported the advancement of the Executive Transition Lab program and facilitated bespoke innovation workshops and strategic off-sites for the boards and leadership teams of Fortune 100 companies.

I'm a coach with BTS (formerly The Boda Group) and an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Coaching (Harvard Medical School), as well as The Society for IO Psychology. 

I value the scientific integrity of coaching, and strive to collaboratively identify goals with clients that will produce meaningful behavior change and measurable ROI. I take my craft seriously and love the mentorship available in the coaching industry. 

Prior to launching my practice, I spent three years under the tutelage of multiple premiere coaches with expertise in clinical psychology, systems change and energy leadership. I am also certified in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), and Career Coaching.

I'm well versed at conducting 360 assessments and other feedback-related tools that can benefit executives in any high-stakes transition.

I'm especially passionate about helping women thrive professionally.  Ask me about my volunteer work with Dress for Success or Camp Seafarer. Beyond my career (and arguably in service of bettering myself), I enjoy following the latest investment choices of female venture capitalists, pursing the next WSET level of wine certification, and traveling with my husband and son to explore any hiking trail with a stellar view.
