If you do it right.

“Great post” does nothing.

Here is what actually works:

→ Add your own experience
People respond to stories.

Commenting in the first 30 minutes matters.

1. Clarity matters more than talent

Remote work can get overwhelming at times.

It's not as easy as it seems.

Working remotely has its advantages.

→ You keep your tasks for the last minute
→ You feel lonely because of working alone

However, things changed for me when I started my career on LinkedIn.

LinkedIn shaped my routine.

1. I start my day at 9 AM because of my posting schedule.

2. I have to complete my tasks every day to manage operations at my agency.

3. I have the best team and a wonderful LinkedIn community that never lets me feel alone, even when I am working from a quiet desk in my room.

The promise I made to myself to write on LinkedIn every day has given me -

→ A routine
→ A purpose
→ A community

This happened because I started taking responsibility for my actions.

I started holding myself accountable for my tasks and targets.

I started being honest with myself.

If you feel stuck at work, then all you need is a routine, a sense of responsibility and a lot of honesty to succeed at it.

Once you work on these pillars, your daily tasks won't seem tough and overwhelming to you.

You'll fail eventually.

I look for people who:

→ Are actually building something
→ Engage with others, not just themselves

A smaller, active network > a large, silent one every time.

The internet has become loud.

A few days ago, I saw a really mean comment under an Instagram reel.

My first thought was how much effort people put into thinking, typing, and spreading hate.

Such instances explain why so many people hesitate to show up online.

Most people don't lack confidence.

They fear the judgment that comes with visibility.

If you are new to LinkedIn and trying to build a brand here,

JUST POST.

Trust me, haters are going to hate. 

You might as well make money by doing what you want to. 

And you always have the option to mute, block and move on :)

You do not owe strangers access to your energy 🌸

Patience is underrated on LinkedIn.

One post doing well does not mean much.
One post doing badly does not either.

Momentum comes from showing up again.
And again.

Most people wait for a signal.
Then they disappear.

The ones who grow keep posting even when nothing happens.

Visibility is built over time. Not in a moment.

It comes from posting even when nothing happens.
From saying the same thing more than once.
From not disappearing after a quiet week.

Most of it feels uneventful. 

But that is how businesses are built online.

Desperation is an expensive business decision.

I have worked with founders who drain energy.

I have also worked with founders who listen, respect the process, and pay on time.

Trust me, such people exist.

The difference shows up fast.

In how work feels at the end of the day.
In communication.
In timelines.

Saying yes to every project out of desperation costs more than it pays.

It drains energy.
It creates stress you do not see coming.
And it affects work far beyond that one project.

Not every opportunity is worth taking.
Not every client deserves your services.

Some of the best decisions I have made came from saying no.

Always listen to your gut :)

Consistency sounds easy.
It is not.

Most people start strong.
Then life gets busy.

One missed post turns into two weeks of silence.

I see this all the time on LinkedIn.

This is what helps me stay consistent:

1. I stop aiming for great posts and aim for clear ones.

2. I decide how often I will show up and stick to that. Not more.

3. I talk about the same few things instead of trying to be interesting every time.
I reuse ideas

Consistency is not talent. It is structure.

Here is what actually hooks people on LinkedIn:

– Posts that were easy to read
– Posts that got to the point quickly
– Posts where I spoke from experience
– Posts that did not try to sound smart
– Posts with one clear thought, not five

Whenever I overexplained, performance dropped.

Whenever I kept it clean, it resonated.

Clarity does more than creativity.

Writing on LinkedIn is not rocket science.

You just have to be really good at expressing and presenting what you're good at.

That's it. That's what works.

Most of the work happens before anything goes live.

Clarity on who you are speaking to.

- What you want to be known for.
- What you stay away from.
- What you say yes to.

Then comes structure.

- Consistency

Posting without this will lead to nothing.

It may get likes. It will not build trust.

And that is what most people do not get.

Agency owners talk a lot about acquisition.

New leads. New deals. New logos.

Retention gets less attention.
That is a mistake.

Keeping a good client is often harder and more valuable than signing a new one.

Clients who stay already trust you.

Already know your process.
Already cost less energy.

Acquisition brings momentum.
Retention brings stability.
Both matter.

But most agencies over-optimise for the first and under-invest in the second.

Change that in 2026.

Personal branding is not for all founders.

Period.

A mistake I've made in the past?

Trying to jump from 0 to 100 quickly.

In business, in habits, even in life...

I used to measure progress by how fast I could get to the "big result."

But here's what I've learnt:

→ You don't build a personal brand in one viral post.
→ You don't build discipline in a single morning routine.
→ And you don't build sustainable growth by rushing the process.

Real progress happens in smaller, consistent steps.

0 to 10.
10 to 20.
20 to 30. 

And so on...

One step at a time feels slow.

But it’s the only way that actually lasts.
