Just crossed 10,000 LinkedIn followers. 🎉

Not gonna lie - feels 100% weird.

6 months ago I had 1,000 followers and was basically shouting at a wall.

Let me tell you how we got here (because it wasn't pretty)...

January 2025.

Scrolling LinkedIn feeling like the dumbest person in the room.

The team’s getting (thanks guys): 

→ 50k+ followers
→ Posts with 500 comments
→ "Frameworks" that apparently work for everyone

Meanwhile, my content is getting 10 likes.

Anushka and I started testing everything:

Different hooks. Video. Text. Carousels. Posting at 3am. Posting at noon.

Nothing was hitting.

And Saurav? Let's just say our weekly check-ins were... spicy 😅

"Why are the numbers still low?"
 "What's the strategy here?"
 "Are we even trying?"

(Yes, Saurav. We were trying. It just sucked.)

Here's the thing about LinkedIn growth nobody mentions:

Month 1-3: You feel like an idiot.

Your posts disappear. Your carefully crafted hooks get zero engagement. You start wondering if your account is shadowbanned.

Most people quit here.

We almost did.

But then we saw other people making it work. Regular people, not just the verified checkmark crowd.

So we made one decision:

Keep posting even when it feels pointless.

Not because we were seeing results.

Because quitting guaranteed we'd never see results.

We stopped trying to be experts and started being students:

🎯 Watched what was going viral - then added our take
🎯 Connected with people who actually gave a damn about our niche
🎯 Picked ONE topic and went deep instead of surface-level everything
