I was born and brought up in a small city in India where I first hand witnessed disparity between different classes of society. 

In the first few years of my professional career, I tried to bridge those disparities by using the power of finance in catalyzing urban reform. I worked with Governments and Multilateral agencies such as the World Bank and Asian Development Bank to set up financial institutions committed to developing smart infrastructure in Africa and Southeast Asia.

A firm believer in capital for social good and equitable education for every child, I later helped raise funds from individuals, corporations, and foundations for a global nonprofit. My passion for creating social change drove me towards setting up two non-profit organizations that work towards empowering the underprivileged community. 

In 2019, I was selected as a part of the LGT fellowship cohort- a group of ten changemakers working around the globe to help create social change. In late 2020, I got sold on the promise of decentralization and spent the next year or so building multiple web3 products and communities. The products I've built have won grants from foundations of all major blockchains (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, and others). I work closely with SuperteamDAO and Makerdock in helping grow the web3 ecosystem.

My vision for the next decade is to build at the frontier of technology and create protocols and structures to take web3 mainstream.

When I am not talking about web3 or sustainable social impact, I am talking about football, rock music, or my cross-country travels.

As the Sales Lead, my primary responsibility is to oversee the entire sales cycle of our organization. I effectively manage a team of ten Sales Executives and ten Business Analysts, ensuring that they are meeting their targets and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. I am also accountable for the complete pre-sales and sales operations for enterprise clients seeking Web3 and AI-related solutions for their businesses. My expertise in this field enables me to provide strategic guidance to our clients and help them achieve their business objectives.

I was responsible to run Metavesal (A project ideated and funded by Leewayertz) which is a No-code saas platform to launch 3d metaverse space. It is a one-stop metaverse-as-a-service solution optimized to support customized 3D virtual meetings, events, and conferences, creating an immersive and engaging experience for everyone. 
I handled a team of more than 20 people and was responsible for GTM, Strategy and Business and Community.

He has worked on many scalable projects which include a short video NFT Platform for a level 1 blockchain, a WhatsApp AI Bot solution for Auto Dealers, and a No-code NFT Marketplace builder. He has scaled and built a start-up from the ground up. Mayur is also on board a Tech not-for-profit with 9000+ members and speaks about Web3, Metaverse, and IoT.
