I was born and brought up in a small city in India where I first hand witnessed disparity between different classes of society. 

In the first few years of my professional career, I tried to bridge those disparities by using the power of finance in catalyzing urban reform. I worked with Governments and Multilateral agencies such as the World Bank and Asian Development Bank to set up financial institutions committed to developing smart infrastructure in Africa and Southeast Asia.

A firm believer in capital for social good and equitable education for every child, I later helped raise funds from individuals, corporations, and foundations for a global nonprofit. My passion for creating social change drove me towards setting up two non-profit organizations that work towards empowering the underprivileged community. 

In 2019, I was selected as a part of the LGT fellowship cohort- a group of ten changemakers working around the globe to help create social change. In late 2020, I got sold on the promise of decentralization and spent the next year or so building multiple web3 products and communities. The products I've built have won grants from foundations of all major blockchains (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, and others). I work closely with SuperteamDAO and Makerdock in helping grow the web3 ecosystem.

My vision for the next decade is to build at the frontier of technology and create protocols and structures to take web3 mainstream.

When I am not talking about web3 or sustainable social impact, I am talking about football, rock music, or my cross-country travels.

1. In my individual capacity, I’ve worked on an ecosystem of 12 shipping apps in 2 years. 
2. Since Aug 2019, I have direct P&L responsibilities as I directly manage an "Ecommerce app", currently trending at 600K in revenues in its pilot phase.
3. In Aug 2020, I was selected to be an expert on analytics & communication tool Pendo. 
4. In Oct 2020, I was selected to work as core product team on an Enterprise shipping software called SendPro Enterprise solutions. **It is one of the most profitable softwares resulting in a Revenue of 9 Million USD within 6 months of this year (July 2021).
5.In May 2021, I was selected as part of the core team to be a subject matter expert of Aha tool, the primary product management tool within the org.

ACHIEVEMENTS:-
Received 2 awards within 2 years of tenure-
1) Thumbs Up Award for outstanding performance in multiple cross functional projects and 
2) Q4 Winner of the Marketing & Communications Innovation Award for Cyber Monday marketing campaign.

July’16 to April’18 : Product Manager, Samsung Electronics (India HQ)

Role:
As a Product Manager for Samsung’s Galaxy app, I conducted two User Researches, which led to significant feature enhancements within the product such as Upgrade Program, Galaxy Hour (Flash Sale) & Galaxy Videos .

Achievements:
The Upgrade Program was internally awarded for top Revenue contributions as 40% of device sales came from this program alone in 2018.

In September 2015, ZigWheels was acquired by Jaipur-based startup, the company behind accredited auto portals such as Gaadi.com, CarDekho & Bikedekho.

After the acquisition, my role as a Product Manager for ZigWheels app remained the same. Details of my profile are given below in the next section.

Product Manager (ZigWheels App)

Times Internet

Times Internet is the largest digital venture of the media house Times of India (TOI). Times Internet has led the digital revolution in India & emerged as India's foremost web entity - running diverse digital properties. Today they have a diversified set of 35+ digital & consumer facing businesses.

ZigWheels was a flagship product of TOI media group focusing specifically on the automobile industry in India. Zigwheels started its journey as an offline auto magazine but its digital journey soon began first with its web presence (https://www.zigwheels.com/) & later through its app, which was launched in 2013.

I was entrusted with the responsibility to Independently manage the ZigWheels app on both Android & iOS  app stores.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:-

- Successfully launched the maximum app versions during tenure as PM. Historically,  (since Oct 2013 to May 2016,) the ZigWheels app had a total of 38 app versions on Android Playstore, out of which 60% versions (23) were launched during my tenure as a PM.
-The ZigWheels app was awarded by Google Playstore Editorial Team with their 'Developer Badge,' which is a recognition of apps popularity.
-The ZigWheels app was also called out as 'Top 20 Most Read Content Apps of 2016' on the Playstore.

*The above achievements were significant & a rare feature since the product & team were undergoing a transition (Zigwheels in Sept 2015 was acquired by a Jaipur based start-up). 

*Keeping ourselves motivated & being able to deliver the above results, in challenging times of acquisition, has been immensely satisfying.

Adglobal360 is one of the first premier Google SME  Partners in India. Their partnership with Google in India started in the year 2010 & still continues.

As a mobile Product Manager, I managed a product team of 7-8 members including Android & PHP Developers, UI/UX Designers & a Business Analyst. 

We launched a mobile CRM app (called Adv8) within a short time span of 6 months.  Adv8 offered a robust set of CRM tools & resources which provided multi-channel integration for all the marketing efforts available from one unified dashboard.

The 6 modules of the app are illustrated below: 

1.Paid marketing campaigns (Google AdWords)
2.Lead Management System (LMS) tracking qualified leads
3.Search Engine (SEO) Keyword Reports
4.Website Analytics  (Google Analytics) 
5.Social Media Marketing Reports for performance of social posts on Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn.
6. Tasks Module which was an internal communication platform for employees of client company.

Product Manager (Mobile Strategy)

As a Senior Account Manager, my responsibilities were:

-Managing a key portfolio of top 20 premium clients from the South East Asia Region.
-Managing the client facing processes such as client on-boarding, launching the display/video ad campaigns,  campaign optimization, campaign reporting & growing client relationships.
-Successfully collaborated  with around 7-8 cross-functional & cross-regional  teams on a daily basis. 


OTHER PROJECTS: 

Was entrusted with additional work responsibilities beyond the purview of Account Management. 
Details of these are given below:-

Training: Initiated a robust training website on the corporate intranet  & prepared a definite training  plan for new hire training program.  This training plan is currently being used by the HR Team.

Hiring: Worked closely with the HR Team & presented a SWOT analysis for their campus hiring process. Was part of the interview panel for all candidates hired in the account management team. 

Organizational Structure: Prepared a 12-13 page document on the current organizational inefficiencies & process gaps with possible solutions presented to senior management.

Senior Account Manager  (Tribal Fusion)

As part of the MBA curriculum, I was selected for an internship program by the market research firm Ipsos (Synovate), Hong Kong.

-During my 3 month internship, I assisted the Brand Marketing Team with a brand study for one of the largest gum manufacturing companies of US. 
-Conducted a detailed analysis of the final client report & was responsible for summarizing the entire 300 slide client presentation. 
-Was reporting directly to the Executive Director of Ipsos (Ms Margaret Chen) at their Hong Kong office.

Role-
-Was handpicked by Google management to independently manage the newly launched Agency/Reseller partnership in India. I was the sole Google representative providing operational supervision & product consultancy to the First vendor partner of Google in India. 
-The Agency/Reseller model started as a pilot project but within 6 months it got management’s approval
for expansion as monthly revenues grew from USD 8500 to USD 100k within 5 months of partnership. 
-Within a year, we partnered with five media agencies across India.

Achievements:
-Got 2 Regional level (APAC level) awards for significant contribution towards the projects. Was also awarded by 3 peer awards during this tenure.

Oct’08 to Jan’10: Senior AdWords Representative
Role:-
-Primary responsibility was account management for key advertisers.

Achievements:-
-Was one of the youngest members to be selected in the Online Sales Group (OSG), which handles the
multi -million dollar advertising (AdWords) business in India.
-Worked with the Regional Marketing team on the documentation of the First Case Study Bank which was hosted on the AdWords (India) Homepage.

-Joined the operations (OSO) team at Google in 2007 & was responsible for ad quality evaluation & product support.
