I was born and brought up in a small city in India where I first hand witnessed disparity between different classes of society. 

In the first few years of my professional career, I tried to bridge those disparities by using the power of finance in catalyzing urban reform. I worked with Governments and Multilateral agencies such as the World Bank and Asian Development Bank to set up financial institutions committed to developing smart infrastructure in Africa and Southeast Asia.

A firm believer in capital for social good and equitable education for every child, I later helped raise funds from individuals, corporations, and foundations for a global nonprofit. My passion for creating social change drove me towards setting up two non-profit organizations that work towards empowering the underprivileged community. 

In 2019, I was selected as a part of the LGT fellowship cohort- a group of ten changemakers working around the globe to help create social change. In late 2020, I got sold on the promise of decentralization and spent the next year or so building multiple web3 products and communities. The products I've built have won grants from foundations of all major blockchains (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, and others). I work closely with SuperteamDAO and Makerdock in helping grow the web3 ecosystem.

My vision for the next decade is to build at the frontier of technology and create protocols and structures to take web3 mainstream.

When I am not talking about web3 or sustainable social impact, I am talking about football, rock music, or my cross-country travels.

Lead the Product Management for an industry leading MDM product - IBM Master Data Management (MDM) CE
• Create detailed level design documents and requirement analysis for all product features and bugs. Define user stories, providing clarifications to assist the engineering team
• Guide the engineering team to trace user issues back to underlying problems and troubleshoot functional and performance issues across the different layers of the product architecture
• Act as Agile Coach for the team, prioritizing and overseeing work items and making sure that each item is taken to closure against the appropriate release cycle
• Oversee the development of proposals (RFI, RFP, RFQ), bids, quotations, or other documents describing the product and bundled services.
• Handle any post implementation escalations by working with the customer and engineering team to ensure reduced turnaround time of interim fixes
• Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, evaluating sizing and volume, and evaluating special and customized order costing
• Represent the product in conferences, road shows, and user group meetings across the world, by demonstrating the product capabilities which result in new deal wins

Product Manager

Sears Holdings Corporation

•	Lead a USD 5M Customer Analytics product at Sears by designing a platform that could consume and analyze store POS data to do various types of trend analysis and study customer behavior which in turn helped business managers create brand strategies accordingly
•	Managed a USD 2M project for migrating the IT service management tool(IBM Maximo) from an enterprise IBM SCCD to a vendor cloud hosted ServiceNow, leading teams across multiple geographies

CME Group

•	Led the migration of legacy source code management tools to low-cost open source distributed system, which saved CME USD 500,000 annually. This also reduced code development and deployment lead times by 40%
•	Developed and enhanced trading platforms at Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME). Also designed programs that helped in the build and release software packages that were related to establishment and acknowledgement of deals
•	Prepared project scope, resource planning report, milestone report, and defect analysis report that helped in successful execution of multiple projects

Configuration Manager

1. Implemented and continuously improved standards and processes for Configuration, Build and Release Management Processes and Tools.
2. Automated and orchestrated business workflows using a combination of Informatica, Business Objects and Tidal Enterprise Scheduler (TES). 
3. Designed and implemented scripts (Shell/Perl) to automate software builds, maintenance, and administrative tasks
