We’re excited to announce a major milestone for Aventur!

We recently secured new investment from a Dutch family office in order to accelerate the build and launch of our AI-powered financial wellbeing platform.

This investment represents a 10% equity stake in the business and is a significant step forward in our mission to make financial wellbeing accessible for everyone.

This funding will help us to continue and accelerate building our AI and data capabilities to enhance the user experience of our app, as well as strengthening our internal teams and systems to support it.

The funding round was led by Sonja Lang, Non-Executive Director for Strategy and Growth.

We’re excited to announce that we've been selected by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to join its Supercharged Sandbox; an exciting initiative created in collaboration with NVIDIA and NayaOne, to accelerate responsible AI innovation within financial services.

Through the Sandbox, we’ll be testing our AI in order to make trustworthy, explainable, and compliant financial guidance accessible to everyone.

This milestone marks an exciting step forward in our mission to build technology that provides financial wellbeing for everyone, and help to close the UK’s growing advice gap.

A big thank you also to Michael Berns, for his support throughout the Sandbox application process, and for his ongoing guidance as we build our product and further develop our AI capabilities.

To overcome this, I help organisations ensure that they are set up for success by developing their IQ (intelligence quotient), EQ (Emotional Quotient) and FQ (Focus Quotient); I do this through:
- working with leaders to ensure they have clear, aligned, explainable and tested strategies 
- determining the EQ and FQ roadblocks that will limit their businesses from achieving their strategies
- providing training in a range of IQ, EQ and FQ soft skills to make teams and individuals operate more effectively day-to-day (e.g influencing, coaching, negotiation, communication, structured problem solving and more)

By getting this right, businesses can unlock fantastic value in terms of profits, staff engagement and efficiency.

My work is built on 20 years experience gained from initially working in the education and development sectors, before moving to work on strategy and operational improvement in the energy industry and a subsequent move into broader consulting. I have lived and worked across the globe for a range of organisations across multiple industries and bring all this experience into the work I do.

My wide career experience and extracurricular work has helped me develop strong analytical abilities, communication skills and leadership capabilities. I set up my business, Shiageto Consulting to fundamentally solve complex problems with senior stakeholders, designing solutions that are right for individual businesses and engaging across organisations to turn complexity into business-as-usual.
