Działanie zmienia i kształtuje. To moje motto od wielu lat. Motto sprawdzone. Gdy bowiem działamy, angażujemy się w zmianę. Rzeczom i sprawom nadajemy nowy sens, inny wymiar, pogłębiamy istniejące już relacje. Kształtujemy także siebie – swoją osobowość, postawę, gruntujemy wyznawane wartości. Gdy zaś unikamy działania, wówczas oddajemy odpowiedzialność za nasze losy.

Od 20 lat zawodowo zajmuje się głównie komunikacją. Doskonale wiem, że nie jest to prosta sztuka, bo przecież i praca z ludźmi do najprostszych nie należy. Ale cieszy. Nie zawsze? To prawda – nie zawsze. Narzekam? Czasami narzekam. Głównie sam do siebie. Czasami też jestem zmęczony i brakuje inspiracji…

To ludzkie. Skłamałbym, gdybym twierdził, że jest inaczej.

Staram się jednak budować coś, co sam nazywam kulturą uśmiechu. Ale czy chodzi o to, aby ciągle się uśmiechać lub być supermiłym?

W kulturze uśmiechu chodzi o tworzenie takiej przestrzeni do życia, która sprawia, że nam się chce. Chce nam się cieszyć życiem i rodziną. Chce nam się iść do pracy i zaangażować w to, co tam robimy. Szanując innych ludzi, akceptujemy ich prawo do posiadania własnego (nawet zupełnie innego od naszego) zdania, ale działamy tak, aby współtworzyć, współbudować, dobrze współistnieć. Wtedy też uśmiech pojawia się sam. 

Wierzę, że tym właśnie zajmuję się zawodowo.
