Responsible for implementing the initial Human Resources processes, systems and practices in a growing Budweiser distribution company. Set-up and maintained programs including but not limited to recruitment, selection and hiring, performance reviews, termination, benefit selection and administration, compensation systems, employee relations, workers compensation, company wide job descriptions, and training. Was also responsible for "selling" and training the executive management team on these programs, as Human Resources was a new discipline for the management team. I also facilitated the HR side of an acquisition that increased the company size from 32 employees and one location to 250 employees and 3 locations in the first 3 weeks of my employment with the company. This acquisition included 1 location that was union and therefore required the rest of the organization to organize. I was the facilitator for the organization and managed the labor relations for the company.
