As a Vistage Chair, I facilitate peer advisory groups for business leaders and executives. I bring together groups of leaders from non-competing industries to form a confidential and supportive environment. In these peer groups, members can share their challenges, experiences, and insights to help each other navigate complex business issues.

My responsibilities include guiding discussions, facilitating issue-processing sessions, and ensuring each member receives valuable input from their peers. Additionally, I provide one-on-one coaching and support to help members achieve their personal, professional, and business goals.

In summary, I act as a facilitator and mentor, creating a space for business leaders to collaborate, learn from each other, and enhance their leadership skills.
