Do you feel stuck in your head, constantly overanalyzing everything but still not finding answers? I help overthinkers quiet the mental noise, reconnect with their body, and experience more clarity and ease.

By day, I work as a financial analyst in the non-profit sector. On weekends, I guide clients through somatic coaching, combining an analytical mindset with body-based techniques to break free from overthinking and overachieving.

After experiencing burnout, I realized that living only in the mind—constantly thinking, planning, and pushing forward—was like driving a car without brakes. I was disconnected from my body, stuck in doing mode without space for simply being. Through somatic practices like yoga and Qi Gong, I learned to reconnect, experience more joy, and find balance. Now, in my coaching, I help others do the same—using somatic techniques to integrate body and mind, move past overthinking and overachieving, and create a happier, more fulfilling life.
