Olivier is one of the most fearless revenue leaders I know.

And honestly, I’ve learned a ton from him since we met.


When Olivier brought us in to work with Deel, reps were filling only about 1% of CRM fields.

Visibility was broken. Reporting was off. Decision-making was harder than it should be.

But CRM adoption was never the end goal.

A man sitting in a room full of women can feel… uncomfortable.

That’s one of the first things I learned when we started Shavot - שוות.

I had to learn to look at the world through eyes I wasn’t used to. Women’s eyes.

At the beginning, I felt awkward at the table.
Not because anyone did anything wrong.
Just because I was the “other” for once.

And then something shifted.

I realized it’s not “hard.”
It’s just a different perspective.
A different language.
Different cues.
Different experiences.

And honestly, it made me better. As a person. As a leader.

I’m proud of what Roni and I initiated- the leading leadership program for girls in Israel.
It changes how girls see themselves.
It changes how women and men see leadership.
And it even changed me.

If you’ve ever felt out of place in a room- maybe that’s not a problem to solve.
Maybe it’s a chance to listen differently.

After 4 intense years, trying not to open my Slack until Thursday - will I make it???

Apparently, Danish is having a moment.

There was a demo today where someone tried to catch me off guard:
“Do you support Danish?”

WINN.AI Virtual solution engineer gave me an immediate answer:
“Of course we support Danish.”

My honest reaction?
Yeah right. Classic AI hallucination.

After the call, I checked.
And… we actually do support Danish.😳

Which is perfect timing, because apparently everyone suddenly cares about Denmark again-
ever since someone decided they want to buy Greenland 🇩🇰❄️

The real surprise though?
Not that the AI knew.
But that it knew my own product better than I did.
That’s when you realize AI isn’t just helping you sell -
it’s also keeping you honest 😅

I am still a kid. Many times I feel the world is my playground. Many times, grown-up (experienced) people dazzle me.

It’s that childhood instinct: believing that the people who have been here longer have all the answers. Their knowledge and their track records are so bright, they can be blinding. But I’ve realized that being "dazzled" can be a trap.

If I let someone else’s experience blind me, I lose my own perspective. I stop experimenting. I stop asking "why?" and start just following the map they drew years ago.

I’ve learned to appreciate the brilliance of the experts, but I refuse to let it stop me from seeing the playground for myself.

Experience is a guide, not a blindfold.
