Additionally, I coach VPs/CROs/Fractional sales leaders; run a small VC firm called Milos Ventures, and run a micro conference and podcast that provide people with a safe space to learn, grow, and develop their skills called The Surf & Sales Summit.

It snowed 12" in Brooklyn yesterday. This morning I walked through it on the way to the gym. It was gross at the sidewalk before intersection especially. Where hundreds of people walk daily.

So I asked my gym if they had a shovel I could borrow at the end of my workout to shovel if the corners of the intersection that were 12" of snow deep still were covered. 2 of them were.

So, I got to shoveling instead of rushing home (had 30 mins before my first call).

Borrowed a second shovel from Dunkin Donuts on one of the corners to see if they had a better one. By now, the snow wasn't as fluffy and walked on so wanted some more leverage.

I can't tell you the level of joy this brought me. And it only took me 30 minutes.

To help the people of my neighborhood have an easier (and cleaner) commute to work or through the hood.

Gained a crowd of a couple police officers (whom I also asked for a shovel, which they didn't have); they offered to buy me coffee (super sweet).

At one point somebody who was waiting for the bus came over to grab one of my shovels to help me. It made me light up even more. 

To work with others to improve the road for others brought me almost to tears. 

This is what community is. Doing something and asking for nothing in return. Because you know it will help somebody (or a group of people).

Brought me back to why I started RevGenius. 

Also brought me back to the love I have for my family and wanting to put in work to help the collective to make sure the universe takes care of them too.

If you're crossing the street at Manhattan and Greenpoint today, hopefully this brings you a smile or inspires you to do something good for your neighbor.

Small acts of kindness, compounding, will make this world a better place.

There's no way school is teaching you any of this stuff we're doing with AI in GTM.

Just sayin.

Saw Jensen Huang on Rogan the other day. Joe asked if AI is going to take over the world. Jensen basically called it science fiction.

His point? AI only has what we've given it. It doesn't have the human factor.

That landed different for me because of what I'm seeing in GTM right now. Everyone's hiring "GTM Engineers" like they're going to save revenue. But here's the thing: an engineer can build you a perfect system without understanding what actually moves the business.

They can integrate your stack. They can write the workflows. They can make the data flow beautifully.

But can they tell you why your ICP is wrong? Why your messaging isn't landing? What category you should actually be playing in?

2026 is the year this flips. The tools are finally becoming human-native. They're starting to speak our language instead of forcing us to learn theirs. The gap between having a creative idea and turning it into a live system is closing fast.

Which means the strategists are about to eat. The people who understand customer pain. Who can design a category. Who know what story to tell and when.

Technical skills will still matter, but they won't be the bottleneck anymore. 

Strategy will be.

Remember when social media wasn't a content factory? When it was about actual connection?

Now it's just noise. And it's not just social, it's every channel. Every GTM motion. The same playbook, louder.

I'm launching a podcast with Seed-Series B founders who aren't playing that game. They're not "going to market" - they're creating entirely new ones.

Building movements (they'll explain how). Rewriting categories. Proving there's a different way forward.
