As a PM Consultant, I steer stakeholders and project teams toward success through effective planning, risk mitigation, project tracking, resource countenance and detailed reporting. I help clients and their stakeholders understand the true scope and nature of the project and budgetary constraints or opportunities. However, the most important funtion of my role is developing a sustained culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

I served two simultaneous positions with MaxPro: The first was as a Business Analyst. It was my responsibility to work with clients from conception to execution, and during the time period, I had to learn their individual business rules (which differed greatly), and integrate those rules into their tailored policy management software. 
The second position was as an acting Project Manager. As the single-point of contact between the client and the software development team, it was my responsibility to ensure production was hitting target deadlines negotiated between myself and the client. This involved all aspects of the full spectrum of Project Management.

I started as a temp for Eaton, and my responsibilities as Team Lead was to manage a production line, manufacturing aerospace electronics. 
After being hired on full-time, I was immediately promoted to CI Team Lead and then CI Lead (once Safran purchased Eaton). My responsibilities increased to managing all Continuous Improvement activities for the entire facility and production operations. I managed a multitude of simultaneous projects, all aimed at reducing cost, improving production velocity and increasing innovation.
