Setup VMWare cluster and Dell Equallogic SANs at DR site to replicate all production data on a nightly basis. Successfully performed DR testing with full failover to simulate running all operations from the co-location facility.

Moved IT resources to new headquarters. During this process I took the lead role in the planning and design of all IT resources in the new building including the server room. This included: layout, raised floor, new core switching, fiber PON based system, rack mounts, fire suppression system, WiFi system, electrical requirements, HVAC requirements, redundant PDU's, redundant battery backup solution, environmental monitoring systems, new management network, 2nd tier SAN storage cluster, new Palo Alto redundant firewalls, ordering and planning connectivity with multiple vendors.
