Our software offers a complete solution for rate, quote, bind, back-office, and claims processing in a fully customizable template based system. I am responsible for setting the strategic direction, managing the operations, and ensuring the customer satisfaction of our software. I also work closely with our clients and partners to understand their requirements, provide feedback, and offer support. Led 2 projects as the team lead, overseeing offshore teams with 8 members in the development and maintenance of modules for an equine insurance system. Duties involved handling backend (70%) and frontend (30%) implementation of complex modules, conducting code reviews, managing tasks, and offering guidance and support to the team members.

• Effectively handled production operations, including code deployments, upgrades, system patches, and automation using Git, Windows, pm2, and bash scripts, as well as logging and health check tools.
• Successfully developed and deployed an equine insurance system on production as a Lead Developer.
• Implemented insurance modules that include backend API services, User Interface, and Unit and Integration tests using node.js, express.js, sails,  mocha, and MySQL.

• Implemented shared inbox for CRM by integrating 3rd party apps such as Gmail, and Google pub/sub.
• Built database structures and models for small web applications such as forums, marketing, hr, etc.
• Performed troubleshooting, testing, debugging, and upgrading of existing software using Python, Django, and MySQL.

• Accomplished more than 25% significant improvement in data load performance for Centralized Content Managed System by incorporating GraphQL.
• Worked on Content Management System and accountability for its maintenance, as well as, new module implementation meets client requirements and upgrading the system packages.
• Migrated legacy source code and database into the Python / Django framework.
• Implemented an e-commerce module and integrated ­3rd party bank payments into the system.
• Increased search performance 30% by integrating ElasticSearch.
• Developed a file manager and gallery for an online text editor (redactor.js) using Javascript, AJAX, and JQuery.
