As the Chicago Co-Lead for our Employee Resource Group HOLA (Hispanics of LinkedIn Alliance) I've had an opportunity to work closely with our local community to drive awareness, opportunity and a sense of belonging. As Linkedin employees we are finding ways to drive the Economic Graph through partnerships, public speaking engagements and philanthropic outreach, what we've accomplished this far is just the beginning. 

Here's what we've achieved so far:

I partnered with 3 amazing leaders within our Sales Solutions line of business to align, develop and deliver strategic objectives to some of the most amazing brands in the world. We learned our customers needs and challenges to provide the most comprehensive approach to their business needs.

We uncovered the unknown and potential roadblocks and provided a strategy to manage our modern sellers through change. Seeing their positive outcomes and being a part of that regional/global approach was my personal ROI. 

Some of our success included seeing an increase in retention, larger spend on low penetrated accounts and strategic business alignment on pilot customers with a 80% success rate of pilot to purchase.
