From 1990-1994 – I was a salesperson and loved every minute of it (I broke records, built amazing client relationships, and put hundreds of thousands of miles on my Honda Accord).

From 1994 to 2018, I co-founded and helped grow nine early-stage companies.  Seven of these nine companies successfully exited for over $600M.

During these years, I learned about mergers & acquisitions, product-market fit, managing cash flow, evangelical sales, raising funds, making & losing millions, how to creatively accomplish much with very little $, and much more.

In 2018, I said to myself, “Ok, it’s time for something completely new.” 

Since then, I have consulted for or led, large teams within Private Equity backed or Public Companies. The companies that I have helped over this time have experienced value increases of over $2B.

In 2022, I made the decision that I want to continue to lead teams and assist companies and their clients in obtaining breakthrough results.

But my passion has always been focused on answering one question:

“How can companies build a revenue generation system that can forecast and achieve its goals, year after year?” 

It’s taken me 25 years of grinding, experimenting, failing, and retrying to finally be able to answer this question and now I am sharing it with others.

With full P&L responsibility, I have consistently driven scalable revenue growth in high-value and complex sales and service environments – whether taking IntelliCentrics in EMEA from start-up, as the first person on the ground, to a 60% market share or leading Synectics Networks, within only 12 months, to its highest ever levels of revenue and EBITDA.

Having built a strong foundation of leadership experience in blue-chip organisations - being fortunate enough to be selected for the very competitive BT Graduate Programme and then developing this further on the AT&T Leader Development Programme – I then moved into SME and start-up organisations, bringing new and disruptive products and services to market, including taking iPass from loss-making to profitable in my region. This more entrepreneurial experience is rounded out by a track record of creating new business divisions (including fund-raising), developing and launching new services and the successful M&A of a number of competitor businesses.

A natural leader and people developer with a record of building highly motivated teams, I excel at creating high performing team cultures, outstanding levels of employee engagement and exemplary customer satisfaction scores. 

A deeply analytic approach, combined with an innate ability to use data and KPIs, enables me to execute 
effectively on strategy and optimise performance. I have a high-presence leadership style, both internally and out in the marketplace, and I still enjoy directly leading high value sales opportunities. With excellent communication skills, I enjoy promoting my organisation as a company spokesperson for analysts, investors, journalists and at conferences.
