As the founder and CEO of statworx, a leading Data & AI company in the DACH region, as well as the AI Hub Frankfurt, the central AI ecosystem in Frankfurt Rhein-Main and beyond, I am committed to shaping the AI transformation in Germany. 🚀

Besides that, I am an active business angel and early-stage investor in AI startups. 🦄

And: why cold plunging > stepping into cold water

This week, we celebrate a very special milestone: Daniel Lüttgau, our Head of AI Development, has his 10-year anniversary at statworx.

Almost exactly a decade ago, Daniel joined the company when AI was still far from mainstream and the company itself was at a totally different stage.

From day one, it was clear that Daniel wasn't just another hire. He took ownership from day one and quickly brought strong business- and value-driven thinking to our small company at the time.

Fast forward to today:

Daniel is our Head of AI Development and one of the key pillars of statworx. He has shaped how we develop and integrate AI solutions, scale technical excellence, and translate cutting-edge tech into real-world impact. Furthermore, he has built structures and teams, mentored individuals, set standards, and successfully completed an MBA.

Fun fact:

(Very) shortly after joining statworx, Daniel got his first project, which he casually turned into a multi-year, multi-project collaboration with the client. Daniel did not step into cold water, he went straight to cold plunge mode 🚀

Real talk:

Daniel, statworx would not be where it is today without you. Your loyalty, consistency, and commitment over the last 10 years are anything but normal, especially in our industry.

AI Hub Frankfurt is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Lead to shape how one of Germany’s leading AI ecosystems is perceived, positioned, and scaled.

In this role, you will:

- Own our marketing and communications strategy end to end
- Build and execute content across LinkedIn, events, partnerships, and PR
- Translate complex AI topics into clear, compelling narratives
- Work closely with startups, corporates, researchers, and the wider AI ecosystem
