★ Architected the dematerialization of the invoicing process for Bouygues Immobilier, finishing the project in seven months and generating a significant improvement in vendor and invoicing management. 

★ Worked as the Technical Project Manager on a year-long project to redesign seven “Group Seb” websites across 30 countries.
