In my current role, I am at the forefront of shaping the next generation of Data Science and Machine Learning professionals. As a team leader, I oversee the progress and development of five dedicated Teaching Assistants, ensuring that the quality and efficiency of their instruction are consistently upheld to the highest standards.

A significant part of my work is focused on mentoring trainees, where I facilitate their transformation from budding enthusiasts to skilled practitioners. I provide targeted guidance and advice on complex Data Science projects and Machine Learning implementations, fostering an environment that encourages growth, curiosity, and learning-by-doing.

My role also involves in-depth code reviews to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in script and project executions. By promoting best coding practices and emphasizing the importance of understanding underlying algorithms and models, I help our trainees to develop not just technical proficiency, but also an analytical mindset that is essential in the rapidly evolving field of Data Science and Machine Learning.

As a member of the Data Analytics team within the Audit department at Deloitte, I specialize in developing custom projects and solutions in Python to address the data organization, formatting, and analysis needs that surpass the capabilities of traditional tools like Excel for all audit teams. My role involves handling the data and procedural aspects of journal entry testing on financial accounting statements, streamlining processes, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data-driven audit tasks.

2016 yılında CISCO CCNA ağ sertifikamı aldıktan sonra, 2018 yılında Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi Bilgisayar Programcılığı bölümünde eğitimime devam ettim. 2020 yılında mezun oldum. Yaklaşık 5 yıldır programlama ve donanım alanında kendimi geliştiriyorum.

Donanım alanında; Windows işletim sistemleri, sunucu uygulamaları ve ağ sistemleri, bilgisayar bileşenleri ile ilgili bilgi birikimine sahibim.

Yazılım alanında ise, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Python programlama dillerinde bilgi birikimine sahibim ve proje geliştiriyorum.
