As a team leader, I oversee the progress and development of five dedicated Teaching Assistants, ensuring that the quality and efficiency of their instruction are consistently upheld to the highest standards.

During my management internship in a coal-lignite mine, 

- I conducted scheduling work for the mine workers.
- Additionally, I carried out a logistics network optimization project for transportation operations in the mine. I utilized CPLEX ILOG for this project.
- In this project, I had to separate and transport the extracted minerals based on their ash values and caloric content. To achieve this, I analyzed the data containing the coarse calorific information of the raw materials and developed a logistics network accordingly.
