We launched our automated pitch builder in July 2021 as a gateway product for startups and now working on our actual product that will change the future of economic relationships using gamification.

I founded MindBerry with one simple belief — that mental wellbeing should be at the heart of every organisation.

Through the MindBerry Platform and MindBerry Resilience App, we help organisations around the world build healthier, more compassionate cultures. Our focus is on supporting employees’ mental health, building up their resilience — especially those working behind the scenes in some of the most emotionally demanding roles, such as Social Media Content Moderators and Trust & Safety teams.

My background spans both the mental health and financial services sectors, giving me a deep understanding of how people thrive (and sometimes struggle) in fast-paced environments. I am trained in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology (Foundation Degree, PGCert, PGDiploma), with a clinical placement at the Royal College of Art, London, where I supported students navigating academic and personal pressures.

At MindBerry, I lead the creation of wellbeing programmes, resilience training, and culture-first initiatives that strengthen psychological safety and workplace connection. We are proud to work with forward-thinking companies like Google, eBay, Meta, TikTok, Thunes, Telus International, Munich Re, Virgin StartUp, and the London Stock Exchange, among others.

What drives me is seeing people rediscover their balance, confidence, and sense of purpose at work and in their personal lives. I am passionate about helping organisations move beyond awareness — to real, lasting change that prioritises mental health as a foundation for performance, innovation, and human connection.
