I achieved the coveted ACA chartered accountancy qualification through a comprehensive 15-exam journey with all first time passes. I specialised in financial restructuring, corporate turnaround, and insolvency procedures, whilst acquiring a robust foundation in the fundamentals of accounting.

▶️ Previous Chapters: A Mix of Entrepreneurial Ventures

2019: I was property trading, buying and selling 22 properties during lockdown.

2018: Completion and sale of my first development of 18 flats, marking my entry into property development.

2017: My first land deal which led to 41 retirement flats being built, a venture that introduced me to the Land Promotion industry. This led me to setup Montague Land with my co-founder where we currently have 500+ plots under contract. I am now an investment partner but continue to take an active interest in the growth of the business.

▶️ Foundations: Academia and Early Career

I graduated in Mathematics and went on to get my ACA Chartered Accountancy accreditation whilst training at Deloitte in Corporate Finance. I soon discovered that my true calling extended beyond the traditional corporate path. Entrepreneurial sparks first flew at 15 when I made my first sale, igniting a drive that culminated in years of side-hustles and eventually led to the world of full-time entrepreneurship.

As a Team Leader, I am responsible for developing core team at MTA and for introducing better standards and automation in our day-to-day work. 

I've been able to improve teamwork by running time and task management tools for the entire organization (mainly using Toggl and Todoist), implementing unifications on ad platforms and introducing automated everyday ads reports (with Supermetrics and Google Data Studio). Those actions helped in controlling campaigns, managing projects and tasks. Thanks to this we were able to define which projects were profitable.

Team Leader

As a Project Manager, I was responsible for day-to-day communication between MTA clients and project teams. I was able to manage up to 20 local and countrywide SEM projects at one time.

Thanks to my involvement I gained a trust of clients and fastly became a strong pillar of the MTA and a part of the decision maker team.

Due to the growth of the agency, my ability to take responsibility for coworkers and a will of developing a team, I became a Team Leader of the core team at MTA Digital.

My experience as Facebook Ads Specialist began with small campaigns on the local market, but after few months I've started to create campaigns for one of the biggest polish tour operators. 

The next big step was running Facebook Ads campaigns (from US, Canada, EU, South America, Asia to AUS+NZ) for one of the worldwide leaders in Additive Manufacturing industry. Which I'm still running with success. 

Since the beginning of 2017, I also started to train companies and their marketing departments in Facebook Ads in basic and advanced level.

Facebook Ads platform is constantly evolving, so to be up to date I read themed blogs and learn on daily basis. At my work, I create advanced e-marketing funnel strategies based on my knowledge of online tools (mainly Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
