As the first sales hire, I built the sales process from 0 to 1 and closed the company's first $1M ARR in under a year.

Asana

Launched and grew Asana's first-ever global outsourced sales function with responsibility for teams covering lead generation, full-cycle sales, and customer success. Manage program budget, operations, enablement, forecasting, revenue, and communications, while growing program headcount 4x in our first year of operations.

Built out and lead the SMB sales function @ Asana - including, but not limited to: hiring, onboarding, tooling, process-building, coaching, and experimenting with new ways to drive revenue.

In one year, I grew the team 3x and managed a transition in which reps went from being solely responsible for lead generation to a revenue quota-carrying team.

By taking word of mouth online, Yelp brings transparency to the local business market. We believe in helping consumers make smarter and more informed decisions about where to spend their money. As an Account Executive, I help locally loved businesses connect with customers through Yelp Ads.

Developed and implemented marketing strategies while being an expert on the brand. Spreading wiiings across the Bay Area was an exhilarating experience that taught me the value of not only marketing and branding but the importance of relating to your consumers and bringing a smile to people's faces.
