- Successfully converted a repetitive international sales lead resulting in a monthly profit of US $1,000.
- Besides imports, I successfully developed new export customers and secure customs clearance jobs resulting in a profit of US $15,000.
- Developed new economical and better service providing international associates/agents.

a) Business Development:
Tasks:
- Devising strategies to increase business volume with existing international customers.
- Attracting new export customers through participation in international trade fairs, through company’s website, through trade directories and web searches.
- Managing and regularly supervising updation of company’s website.
- Reviving of business with turned away old customers.

Achievenments:
- I was promoted to the post of Manager within a period of 1 year on the basis of my skills and achievements.
- Obtained further business from ZF-Germany for EURO 80,000.
- Revived business with Hana International-Dubai. Obtained an order for USD 410,000.
- Revived business with WHI-USA & UK. Obtained an order for USD 30,000.
- Developed new business with YCN-Turkey and obtained an order for USD 67,000.
- Redesigned and implemented company’s website making it more eye catching and user friendly.

b). Exports:
Achievements:
- Ensured in time delivery through coordination with production and logistics. Received letters of feedback from ZF-Germany, WHI-USA & UK and Hana International-Dubai for in time delivery.
- Developed excellent negotiating knack to deal with clearing agents for prompt clearance of export consignments.
- Saved the company PKR 1,000,000 through my excellent negotiating skill.

c) Imports:
Achievements:
- Successfully negotiated and submitted ‘SRO655 - IOR (Input Output Ratio Utilization)’ with ‘Pakistan Engineering Development Board’ for import of raw material and accessories for every financial year.
- Contracted efficient and cheaper Import vendors of raw material and components of assemblies.
- Strengthened negotiating position towards forwarding and clearing agents.
- Decreased import cost by PKR 3,000,000.
- Revised SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) of import backed with authentic documents for ISO TS16949 Audit.

Manager (Commercial)

Tasks:
- Export documentation for UK, Germany, Italy, and USA.
- Import documentation for importing from UK, Germany, Italy, USA, Korea and China. 
- Follow-up with forwarding and clearing agents for clearance of import and export shipments.
- Follow-ups with foreign suppliers.
- Preparing visa documentation for America, Europe, China, India, etc for company’s management and employees. 

Achievements:
- Formulated and presented Marketing Plan for CLAAS (Ravi Agric) products (plot combine, balers, mowers, tractors, telehandlers and forage harvester).
- Successfully drafted quotations, commercial invoices and tender enquiries.
- Researched, tallied and updated part numbers of the components manufactured by the company along with their applicable models for the website.
